At I.C. Things, all items are crafted, packed, and shipped with care.
Because many of our products are wearable or handmade (scarves, hats, candles), all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

If this happens, please email:

iencat@yahoo.com
within 3 days of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos/videos of the issue

• The packaging

If approved, we will replace the item or refund your purchase.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Candles (used or unused)

• Scarves

• Hats

• Sale items

• Gift sets

Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be returned to the original payment method.
